The design, text, layout, source code and arrangement of this website, together with the Pascal’s Creative Studios name and marks, are the property of the Studio or are used under licence. Work displayed on this website was produced for clients of the Studio. Their trade marks, brand names and product names remain their property and appear here solely to identify work performed. Nothing on this website confers any right to use them.
A client who wishes material relating to it to be withdrawn from this website may request its removal in writing, and the Studio shall comply. No reason need be given.
No content of this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. An enquiry submitted through this website, a response from the Studio, an estimate, a quotation, a proposal and a price published here do not, individually or together, create any contractual relationship.
The Studio is engaged only upon written agreement of the work to be performed, the fee payable and the schedule for delivery. Until that time either party may withdraw without liability to the other.
Commissioned work is governed by the Studio’s Client Terms of Engagement, which address scope, fees, revisions, ownership of deliverables and termination. Those terms, and not these, govern any matter arising from commissioned work.

The Studio takes reasonable care to ensure that the contents of this website are accurate and that the website is available, and corrects errors upon becoming aware of them. Subject to that, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Studio gives no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or free from error, or that its contents are fit for any particular purpose. All warranties, conditions and terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this clause operates to exclude a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Studio shall not be liable for loss arising from reliance upon the contents of this website, nor for loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or data, nor for any indirect or consequential loss, however arising.
Where liability arises notwithstanding the foregoing, the Studio’s total liability in connection with this website shall not exceed GHS 1,000.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause concerns the website only; liability in respect of commissioned work is addressed at clause 11 of the Client Terms of Engagement.
This website contains links to third-party websites, including the Studio’s social media profiles and those of clients. The Studio does not control such websites and accepts no responsibility for their contents. A link does not constitute an endorsement.
A user may link to this website provided the link is not misleading and does not suggest an association, endorsement or approval that does not exist. The Studio may require the removal of any link.
The Studio may revise these terms. The effective date stated above records when the current version took effect. Continued use of the website following revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The courts of Ghana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
